Overnight Oats with Mango

This overnight oats with mango recipe tastes like mango sago, but is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack. Meal prep them over the weekend to enjoy throughout the busy work week. Top with additional shredded coconut for the perfect tropical twist.

Ingredients

cup (250 mL)
plain or vanilla probiotic yogurt
1
cup (250 mL)
milk of choice
1
cup (100 g)
rolled oats
2
Tbsp (24 g)
chia seeds
2
Tbsps (30 mL)
honey or maple syrup
2
mangos
peeled and chopped
shredded coconut (optional)
for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt and milk.
Add oats, chia seeds and honey or maple syrup and mix together.
Pour into mason jars. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
2 hours later or the next morning (preferred): Top with chopped mango and coconut if using.
